Refund policy

We want you to feel confident and happy with your Yasharel purchase.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, we’ll be glad to assist in accordance with the policy below.

Returns & Cancellations

  • Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt.

  • Approved refunds will be issued minus 5% of the transaction amount (or ₪100/$30, whichever is lower).

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Items purchased at a discounted price will be refunded according to the actual purchase price.

  • Order cancellations paid by credit card are subject to a 3% processing fee.

  • To request a return, please send a written email including your order details to yisraelfolberg@gmail.com.

Exchanges

Found something else you love?

  • Exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is new, unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging.

  • Each item may be exchanged once only.

  • Custom-made jewelry (including special sizes, engravings, or stone changes) is not eligible for return or exchange.
